Kobi is going very well
under saddle. He went to his first recognized dressage show in
early May and has been to two more since then, steading improving
each time. He did 2 tests each day at the recent Maple Ridge
Equi-Sport Center 'Canada Cup' with ribbons in each class and
scores to 66%. At each show he has worked out of the trailer
accepting the waiting and hauling with ease.
He is fully nominated
to the Canadian Performance Futurity. X-rays from fall 2006 available.
He has three good paces
and from both parents has inherited jumping ability with good
scope and technique. He is solid on the flat and ready to start
schooling over fences. This typey gelding shows the modern, refined
exterior of his part-Thoroughbred ancestry combined with warmblood
suspension and movement.
He has been ranch raised
and is no stranger to wide open terrain, mountain side, gulleys,
bush. He is good to haul, friendly and straight forward to deal
with.
