Dressage or Jumper prospect:

Sired by Kingston out of an imported Swiss Warmblood mare carrying the blood of Don Juan and Goya (Han).

This flashy gelding has fluid, bold movement with the uphill canter that we expect from Kingston offspring. A sensitive ride with potential for upper levels.

16.3 hands.

Kobi was 5 Year Old FEI Dressage Champion for the Pacific Zone Canadian Performance Futurity!

Kobi will compete First Level in 2009. He went to his first recognized dressage show in early May 2008, just 6 months under saddle and to three more that year steading improving each time. He did 2 tests each day at the Maple Ridge Equi-Sport Center 'Canada Cup' with ribbons in each class and scores to 66%. At Thunderbird August 15th, he scored 72% and then went on to win the FEI 5 Year Old Class with 80.0%. At each show he has worked out of the trailer accepting the waiting and hauling with ease.

X-rays from fall 2006 available.

He has three good paces and from both parents has inherited jumping ability with good scope and technique. He is solid on the flat and ready to start schooling over fences. This typey gelding shows the modern, refined exterior of his part-Thoroughbred ancestry combined with warmblood suspension and movement. He is a sensitive ride with potential for upper levels.

Pedigree

He is good to haul, friendly and straight forward to deal with in the barn. Clips and has no vices.
