After weaning her first foal, Quillo was started under saddle and what a star! She showed phenominal power, with good hock action and shoulder reach, and easy rideability. We sold a part interest to an event home where we felt confident she would excel.

Unfortunately, she sustained a pasture injury requiring considerable time off. We took her back and bred her to Autograph for a 2005 foal. There is a very good probability that she will be a minimum hacking sound again after this time off - she is completely pasture sound at present. All vet reports/records are available.

July 2005, colt by Autograph (Artenstolz/Arkansas) at 3 months.

This typey young mare was destined for a show career in eventing, dressage or jumpers. She has three very good paces and from both parents she has inherited jumping ability with fabulous scope and technique ... her trot is extravagant and forward.

Full brother to her dam Pacific Surprize, is Blais Bidu ... an Intermediate eventer now competing in the Jumpers in California. Her sire, Kingston, has competed in jumpers, dressage and the event field, demonstrating tremendous natural ability with boldness and courage.

Quillo is registered Canadian Warmblood and entered in the Mare Book. Like the majority of our young horses, she has been ranch raised in Kamloops and is no stranger to wide open terrain, hills and gulleys.

Dam of foals of 2003 & 2005. She conceived easily on shipped semen, had uneventful pregnancy and foaled unassisted. Quillo has proved to be an exceptional mother with natural instincts. Truly attributes that are an asset to any breeder.
